Itinerary
Arrive at the facility at least 30 minutes before your session. Complete check-in, meet your guides, and receive a safety briefing on dolphin behaviour and interaction guidelines.
Enter the lagoon and meet your dolphin. Your guide facilitates a classic pec shake to kick off the experience and help you feel at ease with your new friend.
Enjoy 40 minutes of structured water time that includes the iconic dolphin kiss, fun tricks, and free interaction. Guides narrate dolphin anatomy and conservation facts throughout.
Say goodbye to your dolphin, change, and browse the on-site photo desk for your session images before heading out.

Do I need to know how to swim?
Not at all. The program is designed for all swimming levels, from complete beginners to experts. Life vests are available and guides stay with you throughout.
What is the minimum age?
Minimum age is 1 year old. Children under 8 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Kids under 1 m in height swim free when accompanied by a paying adult.
Can pregnant women participate?
Yes — pregnancy is allowed up to 6 months. If you have any health conditions or physical disabilities, please contact us before booking.
How many people share the session?
Each group has up to 20 participants sharing one dolphin, with professional guides in the water at all times.
What days is the program available?
The Funtastic Dolphin Experience runs Monday through Sunday, subject to availability. Book in advance to secure your preferred time slot.
Why must I use biodegradable sunscreen?
Conventional sunscreens contain chemicals harmful to dolphin skin and the marine ecosystem. Biodegradable reef-safe sunscreen is mandatory to protect the animals and the environment.
